Time: 1 hrs and 20 mins • Prep Time: 10 min • Cook Time: 1 hrs
Serving Size: 2-4 people
1 1/2 pounds elk steak or roast cut into cubes
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/4 cup white raisins
1 underripe banana
1 cup fresh chunk pineapple
Place all ingredients EXCEPT banana and pineapple into crockpot and cook on high for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
Place fruit over meat and continue to cook until fruit is hot.
This is good served over white or brown rice!
