Easy Glazed Duck

Fast and easy---and "OH SO GOOD"!

Time: 40 min   •   Prep Time: 10 min   •   Cook Time: 30 min
Serving Size: 1/2 duck per person-adjust accordingly

Ingredients

1/2 duck per person
1 jar Kraft apricot, cherry, or grape preserves (your call)
2 tablespoons brandy
cornstarch (to thicken)

Directions

Place ducks in baking pan. Mix preserves and brandy in a small sauce pan and heat to boiling-thicken with corn starch mixed with water. Pour over ducks and bake in 300 degree oven, basting often, for 30 minutes.

Tips

Great served with rice pilaf and your favorite vegetable. Enjoy!
