Serving Size: 1/2 duck per person-adjust accordingly

1/2 duck per person

cornstarch (to thicken)

Place ducks in baking pan. Mix preserves and brandy in a small sauce pan and heat to boiling-thicken with corn starch mixed with water. Pour over ducks and bake in 300 degree oven, basting often, for 30 minutes.
