This is tasty no matter what state you captured it in!

Serving Size: 2-4 people

Ingredients

Elk steak
1 large onion, cut into wedges
1 large green pepper, cut into wedges
1 pound fresh mushrooms, quartered
1 large fresh tomato, cut into wedges
soy sauce

Directions

Heat vegetable oil in large fry pan or wok. Saute meat and vegetables, EXCEPT tomato, until vegetables are wilted but still crisp. Add tomato just before serving, so tomato will be warm but not mushy. Add soy sauce over top, or serve with soy sauce.
