Here's a reduced calorie version of Nacho casserole that's super easy and family friendly. The reduced calorie comes from using ground Venison instead of ground beef, light Miracle Whip instead of regular and baked chips instead of fried. If calories are your thing, feel free to use the full fat varieties. Either way you'll like it!

Ingredients
1pound of ground venison
1 1/2 cups of your favorite salsa
3/4 cup light miracle whip
3 oz crushed baked tortilla chips
1 tbsp chili powder
1 cup shredded, low fat colby jack cheese
2/3 cup frozen corn kernels
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350. Brown the venison, then drain. Stir in salsa, corn, miracle whip, and chili powder. Place crushed tortilla chips in bottom of 9x13 dish. Layer meat mixture on top of chips. Top with cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated through. Top with lettuce and chopped tomato if desired. Serve. Eat. Enjoy.
