Breaded-Dijon Turkey Breast

Try this simple wild turkey recipe. It uses ingredients you may already have around the house, and If you don't, you can find them at any grocery store.

Time: 55 min   •   Prep Time: 10 min   •   Cook Time: 45 min
Serving Size: 4-6 - depending on the size of your turkey (and how hungry you are)

Ingredients

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
3 Tbsp. melted butter
3/4 tsp. salt
The boneless breast meat from one wild turkey
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Directions

Mix together bread crumbs, parsley, sage, melted butter and half the salt. Season the turkey breasts with the remaining salt and the pepper, then brush them with the Dijon mustard and pat on the breading mix. Place them in a baking dish and at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until done to taste.
