Wild White Turkey Chili

If you like white chicken chili, you will like this even better because you harvested the turkey yourself.

Time: 45 min   •   Prep Time: 10 min   •   Cook Time: 35 min
Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Italian Dressing
1 pound wild turkey meat, cut into bite-size pieces
1 small onion (chopped)
2 cans (15 oz. each) white beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1 can (4 oz.) green chiles, do not drain
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1-1/2cups finely Shredded Cheese
2Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

Heat Italian dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add wild turkey and onions; cook 7 min. or until chicken is done. Stir occasionally.
Add beans, broth, chilies and cumin. Bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min.
Stir occasionally.
Serve with cheese on top.
