Venison Enchiladas

If you like Mexican, this is a delicious recipe that is ready in no time at all.

Time: 35 min   •   Prep Time: 15 min   •   Cook Time: 20 min
Serving Size: 6

Ingredients

1 pound ground venison
1 jar (16 oz.) Salsa, divided
1-1/2cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
12 flour tortillas (6 inch)

Directions

Heat oven to 350F.
Brown venison in large skillet, drain and put meat back in skillet. Stir in 1/2 cup salsa and 1/2 cup cheese.
Spread 1/2 cup salsa onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Place meat mixture down the center of tortillas and roll up. Place seam-sides down in baking dish. Top with remaining salsa and cheese.
Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
