Here's a simple secret to better venison burgers. But to do it right you need to grind yoru own venison. We recommend using an LEM meat grinder (which is the F-350 of meat grinders). When you're adding your meat to the grinder, just add your favorite bacon into the mix and grind it all together. I will take about 2 pounds of bacon to about 5-7 pounds of venison. The ratio depends on the fat content of the bacon, but it's hard to screw it up. You'll get an extra hint of smoky goodness from the bacon when grilling these burgers. After grinding, you can form and freeze some of the burgers if you choose or bring your friends over and grill them all up. Enjoy!
