Easy and fast to prepare after a day on the lake!
Time: 15 min • Prep Time: 10 min • Cook Time: 6 min
Serving Size: 1-2 people
Ingredients
1 walleye fillet per person
1 can drained stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. mixed herbs
Directions
Place walleye in lightly buttered microwave baking dish. Cover with Saran Wrap. Microwave on high power for 3 minutes. Pour stewed tomatoes over fish and sprinkle herbs over all. Return to microwave for another 3 minutes. Test fish with a fork in the thickest part to see if flaky and done.
Tips
Add a quick microwave baked potato and a green salad and call it a perfect day on the lake!!!
