Slow Cooker BBQ Duck

If you like BBQ and are busy, set it and forget it with this slow cooker recipe.

Time: 4 hrs and 15 mins   •   Prep Time: 15 min   •   Cook Time: 4 hrs
Serving Size: 2

Ingredients

2 boneless duck breasts (remove skin)
1 1/2 cups ketchup
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. Ground Red Hot Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except duck breasts, in the crock pot. Stir well.
Place the duck in slow cooker and cover with sauce.
Cook on high 3-4 hours, or until duck is fully cooked all the way through.
Remove duck breasts from the sauce and let cool.
Shred or cut up the duck and put it back in BBQ sauce in the pot.
Stir until the duck is completely coated.
Serve on bun or rice
