Catch yourself a mess of perch, then bake them with this easy recipe.

2 Tbsp dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp dried basil
1 pound perch
1 Tbsp butter (melted)
In bowl combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, paprika and basil.
Brush fish with butter, then dip into the crumb mixture.
Place fish in a greased baking pan.
Bake uncovered at 500° for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
