Combining the Bourbon and Balsamic Vinegar makes for a great tasting marinade.
Time: 4 hrs and 10 mins • Prep Time: 10 min • Cook Time: 4 hrs
3 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 bay leaf
1/4 cup Jack Daniel's sour mash bourbon
1 teaspoon garlic (finely chopped)
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
Mix all ingredients to make the marinade. Refrigerate and marinate venison for 4 hours.
