Norleans Trout Creole

Just like it is out of the best restaurant in New Orleans

Time: 15 min   •   Prep Time: 5 min   •   Cook Time: 10 min
Serving Size: 2 people


Fillet and boned trout
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup finely cut celery
1/2 cup finely cut onion
1 finely cut green pepper
1 can drained mushrooms


Place fish in a 9x12 microwave safe baking dish. Season to taste with seasoning salt and pepper. Mix all other ingredients and place over fish. Cover with saran wrap and cook on HIGH power for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.


So good with a spinach salad and corn muffins. Welcome to the SOUTH!!
