Bon Appetite' you walleye lovers
Time: 30 min • Prep Time: 5 min • Cook Time: 25 min
Serving Size: 2 to 3 people
Ingredients
6 flat walleye fillets
1 can drained, sliced mushrooms
3 finely chopped green onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup dry, white wine
1/2 cup water
Directions
Roll fillets into circles, starting with the thick end of the fish and ending with the tail. Secure with a toothpick.
Place fish rolls in a greased fry pan with cover.
Cover with a can of drained mushrooms, chopped onions, salt and pepper to taste. Pour white wine and water over. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes
Tips
When fish is done, remove to a serving platter and cover with a prepared package of Hollandaise sauce. Serve with snow peas, wild rice, and a garden salad! YUM, YUM!!
