Teriyaki Venison

Taste this Asian influence on our country venison!!

Time: 30 min   •   Prep Time: 15 min   •   Cook Time: 15 min
Serving Size: 2-4 people

Ingredients

2 pounds of sirloin venison diagonally cut
1 can beef consomme
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
dash garlic powder
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

Make marinade with the consomme, teriyaki sauce, onion, garlic powder, and seasoning salt. Put meat into large bowl and pour marinade over and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Drain meat, heat WOK with a teaspoon of vegetable oil. Cook meat a little at a time just until tender.

Tips

Great when served with asparagus , wild rice, and bran muffins!! Anybody hungry yet????
