Casserole Dish of Venison

Easy casserole that smells "WONDERFUL" while it is baking!!!

Time: 1 hrs and 20 mins   •   Prep Time: 20 min   •   Cook Time: 1 hrs
Serving Size: 2-4 people

Ingredients

2 pounds of cubed venison
1 large onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
2-3 stalks of celery, sliced
1/2 stick of margarine
1 cup minute rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Seasoning salt and pepper
1 can water

Directions

Brown venison, onions, peppers, and celery in margarine. Place in casserole dish, add the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until venison is tender.

Tips

Serve with a cottage cheese and pineapple salad and hot wheat bread to delight your family or friends!!
