These meatballs are a hit at holiday parties, picnics and all informal dinner parties. The recipe is for just 4 servings, using 1 pound of venison. So if you're feeding more people make sure you double or triple the recipe. I hope you like it. I know all my friends do!

Ingredients
1 medium Vidalia onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup uncooked Minute/Instant rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pound of ground venison
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup (packed) brown sugar
1/3 cup tomato soup, condensed and undiluted
1 tbsp. ground mustard
2 tsp. paprika
Directions
1. In a bowl, combine the chopped onion, instant rice, salt and pepper. Next crumble up the venison into the rice onion and spice mixture and mix well.
2. Shape the meat mixture into 1-1/2-in. balls. Place it in a greased 8-in. square baking dish (or a larger one if you double the recipe).
3. In a separate bowl, combine the water, ketchup, brown sugar, tomato soup, mustard and paprika, then pour over meatballs.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F until meat is no longer pink - usually for 35-45 minutes
