a new way to "Cook Your Goose"!
Time: 2 hrs and 30 mins • Prep Time: 15 min • Cook Time: 2 hrs and 15 mins
Serving Size: 2-4 people
Ingredients
1 goose, cut up
1 can chicken broth
Bay leaf
1 large bag of frozen stew vegetables
corn starch for thickening
Directions
Place cut up goose, chicken broth, bay leaf and enough water to cover the goose in a large pot. Simmer for about 2 hours. Add 1 large bag of frozen stew vegetables. Continue to simmer until vegetables are done. Thicken broth with cornstarch moistened with water.
Tips
Serve over hot biscuits- mmm,mmm good!
