Ingredients
1 cup green bell pepper (minced)
1 cup green onion (minced)
vegetable oil
2 pounds ground venison
1 can tomato sauce (8-oz)
2 cups water
1 package 2-Alarm Chili mix
hamburger buns
Directions
Saute green bell pepper and green onions in a little vegetable oil. Add ground venison and sear until just barely brown. Add the water, tomato sauce and all packets in one package of 2-Alarm chili mix. Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours. Add more water if needed. Serve on hamburger buns.
