This tenderloin is soaked in a delicious marinade to make it taste even better.

2 whole venison tenderloins (1 1/2 pounds each)
1 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon ketchup
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon oregano (crushed)
Combine all ingredients (except tenderloins) in a large container. Mix ingredients together and add meat then cover. Marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator. Remove tenderloins from marinade and sear both sides of tenderloin under broiler element. Continue broiling until desired doneness. When you remove from heat , slice thinly and serve.
