This is a simple recipe for pulled goose sandwiches that uses coffee, of all things, to tenderize the meat. The recipe has no coffee taste when done and is just fantastic.

Ingredients
Goose Breasts
1 Pot of Coffee
Your favorite BBQ Sauce
Kaiser Buns or your favorite sandwich rolls
Toppings of your choice
Directions
Take whole goose breasts and layer them in the crock pot.
Take a brewed pot of coffee and pour over the meat.
Cook slow on low for 8 hours.
Drain liquid
Pull apart with a fork and wooden spoon
Take a bottle of favorite BBQ sauce mix with meat
Serve on a fresh, toasted bun
